AT Industries supplies industrial-grade grease, coolants, lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, and specialty fluids. All product information, including technical specifications, performance claims, and compatibility data, is provided in good faith based on laboratory testing and manufacturer data.

• Technical datasheets (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available upon request.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on order quantity, delivery location, and applicable taxes.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to raw material fluctuations.
• All orders are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply for certain products. Please contact us for details.
• Bulk and institutional orders may qualify for special pricing. Contact our sales team for quotes.
• Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Orders placed through our website enquiry form are treated as purchase inquiries until formally confirmed by our sales team via written order acknowledgement.

4. Delivery & Shipping

AT Industries delivers pan-India via trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by location, product availability, and transportation conditions.

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (major cities).
• Remote and tier-3 locations may require 7–14 business days.
• Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the logistics provider.
• For bulk tanker or large drum shipments, delivery terms will be agreed upon separately.

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage, shortage, or discrepancy within 48 hours of receipt. Claims raised after this period may not be entertained.

5. Refund Policy

AT Industries is committed to supplying quality products. In the event of a genuine defect or supply error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect product shipments, verified by our quality team.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proper documentation and photographic evidence.
• Products returned must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
• Used or partially consumed products are not eligible for return unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

6. Limitation of Liability

AT Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to:

• Equipment damage resulting from improper product selection or misapplication.
• Business losses, production downtime, or lost profits.
• Any claim arising from failure to follow product usage instructions or safety guidelines.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product(s) supplied for the transaction in question. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the AT Industries website, including text, graphics, logos, product names, formulations, and technical documents, is the intellectual property of AT Industries and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
